The room had a delightful bathroom mirror, but the suite felt a bit chilly.

glencree bed & breakfast was such a lovely stay. the king room with garden view was spotless and super comfy. breakfast had a wide choice and was really tasty. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the two towns, making everything easy to walk to. host ian was friendly and helpful, making our time even better.

stayed for 2 nites and it was just amazin! the king room with garden view was sooo comfy and spotless. super friendly hosts, ian and gary, really made us feel welcome. the breakfast was fab with locally sourced ingredients, and the decor was lovely – really cozy vibes. the tablet in the room for ordering drinks n info was a great touch.

only complaints were the parking was a bit tight and could use more outdoor seating areas, but overall, it was still an awesome stay!

Glencree Bed & Breakfast provided an excellent experience. The host Ian was extremely accommodating, assisting with transportation of our luggage during inclement weather. The room was warm and comfortable with a surprisingly large television. The location between Windermere and Bowness was ideal, allowing for easy walks to both areas. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.
